Downhill Battle, an anti-RIAA organization, has two nifty products I’d like to recommend to you.
First is their Music Player, a Flash-based jukebox that streams loads of good music without ads. It even includes a couple of tracks from Anti-Flag, one of my personal favorites. I also like Bobby Birdman and All-Girl Summer Fun Band, and I’m sure to find more.
The other is Tune Recycler. If you get free iTunes songs from the Pepsi promotion and don’t want to download a huge application just to listen to rights-restricted files, you can donate your codes through Tune Recycler and the site will use them on indie artists who actually get a fairly big percentage of the proceeds.
On the other hand, if you just buy only winning bottles and sell them on eBay, you’ll probably get about 75¢ per cap — a considerable discount on Pepsi, if you drink enough of it to bother running an auction for your caps.

That their lead singer is your fiancée’s uncle has nothing to do with it… :)
